Trevor Traynor is a photographer, director, and visual explorer whose work speaks for itself. Trevor has worked with everyone from Amazon to Hamburger Eyes. His extensive range blurs the line between fine art and commercial photography. We are honored to carry his newest publication, DIS.POSED in The Newsstand.
"DIS.POSED is a historical time stamp. These photos are a daily reminder of the loss, the hardship, the political divide, and the surreality that has overtaken all of our lives. These simple pieces of plastic, cloth and paper symbolize so much more than the virus - they represent the metaphor that united and defined us all in 2020. Disposable masks and gloves have now joined the pantheon of styrofoam cups and plastic straws as our unintended legacy. The challenge remains the same. We need to treat people and our planet with more love and respect."
- Trevor
DIS.POSED will be available in The Newsstand at 3714 J Street starting Saturday, June 12th at 11am.
Only 100 copies were made and we are lucky to get a small sum of those to sell to you, Sacramento. Each copy will come with a FREE Zine by Trevor titled, "Walks With Rocco."
