Timeless Thrills is proud to present Globular Motion, a solo exhibition by California-based artist Tony Mills, marking the first in a new series of rotating exhibitions curated in partnership with the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op. This milestone exhibition also represents the debut of Timeless Thrills’ first satellite gallery, located in the Co-op’s upstairs dining area.

Globular Motion features a range of Mills’ recent paintings using gouache and ink on paper. The works explore the natural interplay of color, form, and organic rhythm—each composition moving with its own sense of balance and energy. Bright hues, rounded shapes, and playful repetition converge into a body of work that feels simultaneously deliberate and spontaneous.

Mills’ practice is rooted in curiosity and the creative impulse of childhood imagination. Through this exhibition, he invites viewers to rediscover the joy of visual play and the meditative flow of motion through color and shape.

The exhibition opens with a public reception on Saturday, November 1st, from 5–7 PM, and will remain on view through January 24, 2026.

About the Partnership

Beginning Fall 2025, Timeless Thrills Gallery has partnered with the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op to curate ongoing art exhibitions by local and regional artists. This collaboration brings independent art into one of Sacramento’s most vibrant community spaces, offering visitors a chance to experience creative work in an unexpected, everyday setting.
