However, we accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 5 days from the delivery date.  Returns will only be accepted if product is unworn with all tags attached.  Please email sales@timelessthrills.com with details on exchanging your item.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Timeless Thrills.  Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.  Please email sales@timelessthrills.com for shipping address.

ORDER PROCESSING

We can take up to 5 business days to process your order, however most orders are shipped the same day or day after being placed.  Please note during new releases and sale periods there may be a longer processing time.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California.  Sacramento sales tax is 8.75%.  There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.

SHIPPING

We ship to anywhere in the world.  Shipping rate is based upon weight and where the order is being shipped.  We ship orders via The United States Postal Service.  Please allow 1-5 business days for USA orders and up to two weeks for international orders, depending on location.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once we process your shipment.

SIZING

All Timeless Thrills® product fits true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.  We advise to wash garments inside out and hang dry to avoid fading or wear.
